pak356 Terms & Conditions — Platform User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is important because they are used consistently throughout this entire agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on pak356, by clicking any "I Accept" or "I Agree" checkbox during the registration process, or by continuing to use the Platform after any posted update to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pak356 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact pak356 customer support to request account closure and the return of any real-money balance held in your Account.

pak356 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Access to pak356 and registration of an Account are subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis for as long as your Account remains active.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pak356 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pak356 operates under an international gaming licence and makes its services available to Pakistani players in good faith. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your specific location before registering. pak356 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.

3.3 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, national identity number, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on pak356. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same CNIC number, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak356 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all associated bonuses and winnings, and return only the original net deposit amount at its discretion.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak356 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pak356 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pak356 support immediately.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

pak356 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of its Players. You agree to submit any documentation requested by pak356 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a copy of your valid CNIC or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and, where required, documentation evidencing the source of funds used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to pak356's satisfaction.

4.3 Account Currency

All pak356 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, game balances, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at the account level. Exchange rate risk is therefore not applicable to standard account operations.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pak356 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rs 500 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the Account balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Where the Account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account will be closed. Any residual balance in an Account closed for inactivity remains claimable by contacting pak356 support and completing KYC verification, subject to the applicable limitation period under the governing jurisdiction's laws.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

pak356 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in PKR: JazzCash mobile wallet, EasyPaisa mobile wallet, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank internet banking, and standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit in your Account. pak356 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered in your own name.

5.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your pak356 Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three (1–3) business days to reflect, depending on the processing timelines of the originating bank. pak356 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit into your pak356 Account, unless otherwise approved by pak356 support.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the bonus component of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• pak356 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five (2–5) business days.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pak356 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls as required under its international gaming licence. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored. pak356 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal, request source-of-funds documentation, or report suspicious financial activity to the relevant regulatory authority without prior notice to the Player concerned, where required by law or by the conditions of the gaming licence.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pak356 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and an individual bonus's specific terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence in relation to that bonus only.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable for sports betting bonuses), time limit for fulfilment, and maximum bet per round during wagering are specified in the individual bonus terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the fulfilment of any wagering requirement.

pak356 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account. Players are responsible for reviewing the current terms of any promotion before opting in.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games on pak356 — including slots, live dealer tables, Dragon Tiger, Rummy, and table games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness and compliance with the RTP figures stated on each game's information page. Return-to-player percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any individual Player's outcome in any session.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on pak356, including cricket (PSL, Pakistan national fixtures, international tours), football, UFC, and other markets, is governed by the sportsbook rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform. Key principles include: bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement unless a manifest error has occurred; in-play bets are accepted at pak356's discretion and may be suspended at any time without notice; and cricket bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).

7.3 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to the display of incorrect odds, game malfunction, incorrect game outcomes caused by a technical fault, or any other obvious mistake — pak356 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered stakes to the Players concerned. No further liability is accepted in such cases.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event that your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, pak356's system will complete the game round according to the predetermined rules of that game. The outcome will be recorded in your Account transaction history and will be final. pak356 is not responsible for losses caused by Player-side connectivity issues.

8. Responsible Gaming

pak356 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible to all registered Players directly from their Account settings, without requiring a support ticket.

Self-exclusion requests submitted through Account settings take effect immediately for self-service exclusions up to 30 days. Requests for longer or permanent exclusions are processed by the pak356 compliance team within 24 hours of submission. During any active self-exclusion period, pak356 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to the Account and will suppress all marketing communications to the excluded Player.

If you are experiencing difficulties with your gambling behaviour, pak356 encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account and to seek support from independent responsible gaming organisations. Gaming should always be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a source of income.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak356 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling pak356 to immediately suspend or terminate your Account and void all associated balances and pending withdrawals:

• Registering more than one Account on pak356, regardless of the name, device, or payment method used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the sportsbook in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to pak356 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, particularly in live dealer table games or poker formats.
• Using pak356 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Accessing pak356 via a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any pak356 content, game software, or intellectual property without written authorisation.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the pak356 Platform — including but not limited to the pak356 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software, and database structure — is the exclusive property of pak356 or its third-party licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to any pak356 intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Game software made available on the Platform is licensed to pak356 by third-party game providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. You are not permitted to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on any game software accessible through the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak356's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or the use of any Platform service shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their pak356 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak356 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of anticipated winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any financial loss arising from a Player's voluntary decisions to wager funds on the Platform.

12. Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by pak356

pak356 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: the Player is in material breach of these Terms; pak356 is required to do so by its licensing authority or by applicable law; pak356 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; or continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform. Upon termination for cause, pak356 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and to ultimately forfeit balances in cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your pak356 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, pak356 will process the return of any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

13. Privacy & Data

pak356 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes the categories of data collected, the purposes of processing, the legal bases for processing, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject. Please review the Privacy Policy before registering.

pak356 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Personal data is shared with third parties only where required for the operation of the Platform (such as KYC verification providers, payment processors, and game software providers) or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pak356 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they adversely affect the rights of existing Players — pak356 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior written notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or additions that benefit Players) may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent amendment is displayed at the top of this document as the effective date.

Your continued use of the pak356 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak356 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to pak356 customer support for resolution. pak356 aims to resolve all Player complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution mechanism established by pak356's international licensing authority. The decision of the independent adjudicator shall be binding on both parties subject to any appeal rights available under the licensing framework.
